At BARERAH FABRICS we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully as they apply to all orders placed on our store.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

  • Customers must bear the return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee applies.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video.

  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund as per your preference.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale/discounted items.

  • Customized or altered products (if applicable).

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Cancellation requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days (excluding your bank’s processing time).
